The short version: your photos are used only to make your coloring pages. We never publish them, never sell them and never use them to train our own models. Ask us and we delete them.
This policy explains what Picture to Coloring Page (“we”) collects when you use picturetocoloringpage.com, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Photos you upload and the pages made from them. Before processing, we resize photos and remove embedded metadata such as GPS location.
- Your email address, if you give it to get free pages, buy a pack, join a waitlist or contact us.
- Purchase details such as the pack you bought and the amount. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.
- A session cookie that keeps track of your pages and balance in this browser. It is necessary for the Service to work.
- Usage data: pages visited and actions such as “page made” or “checkout opened”, with a random identifier. We do not include your email, photos or IP address in these events.
- Technical data such as IP address and approximate country, used to prevent abuse, apply daily limits and choose Letter or A4 paper.
How we use it
- To make, show and deliver your pages and books.
- To process payments, send receipts and answer support requests.
- To prevent abuse (rate limits, bot checks) and keep the Service secure.
- To understand which features help people and improve them.
We do not sell personal data, we do not show ads, and we do not use your photos or pages in our marketing.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of service providers under contract: our hosting provider, an image-processing provider that draws the pages, our payment processor (Stripe), an email provider, a bot-protection provider and an analytics provider. They may only use your data to provide their service to us. Some of them are located in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep your photos and pages so you can download them again from My pages. Email support@picturetocoloringpage.com at any time and we will delete your photos, pages and email address. Purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Children
The Service is for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Parents and guardians may upload photos of their own children. We ask every uploader to confirm they have permission, and we never publish pages of children.
Your rights
- Everyone: you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, and unsubscribe from any email.
- UK and EEA (UK GDPR / GDPR): we process your data to perform our contract with you, with your consent (email waitlists), and for legitimate interests (security, product improvement). You may object, restrict processing, request portability and complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).
- Canada (PIPEDA): you can access and correct your personal information and withdraw consent, and complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
- Australia (Privacy Act 1988): you can access and correct your information and complain to the OAIC if you are not happy with our response.
- US states with privacy laws (such as California): you can ask what we collect and ask us to delete it. We do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising.
To use any of these rights, email support@picturetocoloringpage.com. We answer within 30 days.

We will update this page if anything changes; the date at the top shows the latest version.
