These terms are an agreement between you and Picture to Coloring Page (“we”, “us”) for using picturetocoloringpage.com (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. What the Service does
The Service turns photos you upload into black-and-white coloring pages and coloring book PDFs. Pages are drawn by AI from your photo and then processed by us. Results vary with the photo; we do not guarantee a particular likeness or outcome.
2. Who can use it
The Service is meant for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to buy anything. Children may color the pages, but an adult should do the uploading.
3. Your photos and your pages
- You keep all rights to your photos. You give us a limited license to store and process them only to make your pages, deliver them to you and provide support.
- You confirm that you own each photo or have permission from the people in it, and from a parent or guardian for any child.
- You may use the pages you make for personal, family, classroom and gift use. Do not sell pages of other people without their permission.
- You must follow our Acceptable Use policy. We may refuse, remove or stop processing content that breaks it, and suspend accounts that abuse the Service.
4. Free pages
We currently offer 1 free page per day per visitor and 3 additional free pages per email address. Free pages are delivered as watermarked previews. We may change or end free pages at any time.
5. Page packs and payments
- Packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Prices are shown in US dollars; visitors in some countries see and pay in their local currency at checkout.
- One page is one drawing from one photo. Pages do not expire. Buying any pack unlocks clean downloads of all pages you made with the same browser or email.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card statement shows “COLORINGPAGE”.
- Pages that fail to generate are not charged.
6. Refunds
If you have not used any pages from a pack, email support@picturetocoloringpage.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Partly used packs can be refunded at our discretion. This does not limit any rights you have under consumer law where you live (for example in the UK or Australia).
7. Printed books
Printed books are not yet on sale. When they are, the price and shipping cost will be shown before you pay, books will be printed and shipped by a print partner, and we will reprint or refund any book that arrives damaged or misprinted. Delivery times are estimates.
8. Availability
We work hard to keep the Service running but it is provided “as is” and may sometimes be unavailable. We may change features at any time.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
